Ramblings From Justin Penney

Freaking busy! Been slammed at work. Working on the new Jump Rope for Heart album. Trying to spend time with my family. Trying to get His Last Chance and The Bad Ideas (or whatever we are now) moving. Just a lot going on.

The album is going well. We've got most things tracked and started on some mixing and editing tonight. I have 32 tracks up now. Just insane. Each song is also quite a bit different so the one project for the whole album is a little weird now. I may just cut and paste each song into it's own, more manageable project file.

I bought the SONAR producer upgrade and should have it by next week. I'm really excited for the built in EQ on each channel.

Jud and The Bad Ideas have parted ways... amicably. Jud is also playing in The Rumblejetts and they play so much that we haven't even practiced in a month. We were actually trying to record an album. Ryan is in playing drums now. Total change in the dynamic but it should still be good.
