A co-worker's neice was recently born with a chromosomal deletion. She will have some developmental issues and need physical therapy. This program helps provide the needed therapy for kids in Missouri. There is an online petition that can be signed as well as a website about keeping funding for the program.

I wish online petitions and email were more effective than they are but they aren't so I'd suggest going to the Missouri Legislator Lookup and sending a plain old letter or fax (I've heard that fax is the most effective method of communication) to your representaives, senators and the govenor and auditor.
